What You’ll Do
- • Generate new business with new clients.
- • Business development with established Fortune 500 clients, leveraging our unique product range and proprietary data.
- • Develop short- and long-term strategic and functional plans to achieve revenue targets.
- • Leverage VideoAmigo data to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships.
- • Build a pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.
- • Keep your finger on the pulse of the street and provide essential information to senior leadership.
- • Always know your pacing toward monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, the gap, and the plan to achieve your goals.
- • Overnight travel up to twice a month may be required once it is safe to do so.

What You’ll Bring
- • A BA/BS degree.
- • A minimum of 10 years of experience selling strategic social media marketing services directly to global brand clients.
- • Experience with data-driven marketing services and an understanding of how to use research to communicate complex concepts.
- • A talent for connecting with people and a genuine desire to help brands succeed.
- • Demonstrated success in opening up procurement departments and selling innovative products and services, even when no prior budget exists.
- • A knack for preventing objections and removing obstacles in order to close business.
- • Self-motivation with an infectious positive spirit that ignites prospects and clients.
- • A drive for results and an intense focus on winning.
- • A sophisticated, consultative selling approach.
- • Superior writing and presentation skills.
- • A truly collaborative spirit.
- • Familiarity with and fan of YouTube.
- • The ability to perform sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for prolonged periods.
- • Prior experience working at YouTube or Facebook is a BIG PLUS.
- • 10+ years of experience selling high-priced marketing services intangibles to global brands (not to their agencies).
- • An intermediate or better proficiency in standard Microsoft Office software applications, especially PowerPoint.
- • Marketing on YouTube.
- • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, and Google for Business tools.
