About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Managing client communication and responding to various client queries via multiple channels
• Working closely with the development team to resolve issues reported by clients
• Collecting documentation feedback from clients and improving the documentation in conjunction with the development team
• Managing support tickets in a Jira-based ticketing system
• Monitoring and taking action on alerts related to infrastructure/applications
• Monitoring systems during major change events and notifying invested parties about changes
• Routing the ticket/issue to the relevant team and managing client expectations when required
